All About Frosting
We offer two frostings to cover the outside of your cake, meringue buttercream or rolled fondant.
We prepare a meringue based buttercream which has a delicate creamy taste and slightly off white in color.
Fondant is a sugar dough that is molded over the cake creating a smooth, clean porcelain look. If you are interested in rolled fondant, we use a European brand that is not overly sweet. There is a layer of butercream between the cake and the fondant layer.
All About Fillings
Like our cakes, we use only fresh ingredients to infuse into our fillings. Ingredients like fresh fruits, citrus zest, local brewed espresso, quality chocolate, etc. Below you will find our current list of filling offerings.
